Cancellation Policy
Lesson Policies Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that plans can change. Lessons may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without any penalty. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the lesson start time will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the lesson cost. This policy helps us accommodate our instructors' schedules and provide opportunities for other skaters to book available lesson times. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time for your lesson to ensure you receive the full session experience. Participants have a 15-minute grace period after the scheduled lesson start time to arrive. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If we do not receive communication and you do not arrive within the 15-minute window, the lesson will be considered a no-show, automatically canceled, and no refund or credit will be issued. Rain & Weather The safety of our participants and instructors is our top priority. If rain or unsafe weather conditions prevent a lesson from taking place, you will not incur any penalties or fees. Our team will contact you to arrange a makeup lesson at a mutually convenient date and time. If rain is in the forecast and you choose to proceed with your scheduled lesson, the lesson will be considered active once it begins. Should weather conditions change and rain occur during the session, refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will not be provided.
